My daughter had Megan W for her lessons after 4 months of 4 hours a week with a test booked for 5 weeks time we asked to lower the lessons to two hours every other week. Megan then told Demmi if she drops from 4 hours a week she will not be able to use her car for her test. Megan then cancelled multiple lessons on the run up to Demmis test and persistently told her she would fail. Demmi had her test yesterday in her own car which is much harder to drive than her instructors (it’s 19 years old) she passed with flying colours first time with just two minors. Doing 40 in a 60 on a country road and readjusting a reverse bay park once. This company only want your money and clearly do not want you to pass so they can keep taking it. Each instructor is different but I was  taken aback with how Megan did all she could to make Demmi fail from cancelling lessons, refusing to let her use her car for her test to also sending quite nasty messages. She even told her that if she did pass she would be a danger on the road. The progress was also ridiculous after 4 months she hadn't been in 4th gear, done any manoeuvres, satnav driving or show me tell me questions. After Megan cancelled another lesson 4 days before her test I decided to take demmi out myself and teach her the gaps that Megan had deliberately left to ensure Demmi’s failure. I honestly couldn’t thank Abbie enough for how much she’s done for me, I went from being so nervous and lacked so much confidence when I first got back in the drivers seat and over time she has helped me feel so much more comfortable and confident behind the wheel.
